I think rate cuts are more phycological than effective at manipulation. The housing market is already down 30% in Austin Texas where I live. Fiat money doesn't make a strong economy. It destroys everything.

It’s the most amazing place on earth my family sadly doesn’t own a house there but we’ve vactioned there in 2022 and we normally rent a place for a week and go somewhere new every year but OBX is the best place ever so we are going again
