Just an fyi, I saw an article and a youtube about some women who were driving while wearing a jaw hair clip like the one you're wearing and they were in minor accidents, but because they were wearing the clips they ended up breaking apart in the back of the scalp. 😮 I used to wear them, but have since stopped. 😊
Fun fact: receiving a massage while sick actually makes you feel 100 times worse because it increases your circulation but you will recover faster because of it too! Also I’m thinking it’s a muscle called your levator scapula that is causing your pain and headaches. It helps elevate your shoulder like a shrug. Try to keep your shoulders relaxed and if you’re carrying Ivy a lot that could be the culprit
