Exotic Orchard from Conflux in italian it's worded as Reflecting Pool
Fracture from Strixhaven. The card in french have a pretty big error. It says "destroy target artefact, creature or planeswalker" instead of "destroy target artefact, enchantment or planeswalker". So in french the card is pretty busted, for 1W1B, in instant, you can destroy any creature, any planeswalker, or if you want an artefact.

Spanish Ruric Thar, the Unbowed from dragon's maze triggers when an opponent cast a non creature spell, not a player.

Brazilian here. We have a bunch of translations errors in card, but this is the most funny.
And the funny part is the just looking the art you know that is a counterspell, so why bother with text, right? Huahuahua

Gnat Miser translates to Muriçoca Avara in portuguese versions. Muriçoca is a kind of fly, but the whole name stands for some joke about putting you know what...

The original print of Feather the Redeemed, in Brazilian Portuguese, is actually a lot worse because it says at the end of *your* next end step, not *the* next end step.

Fun fact: There’s on guy who translates all the Japanese cards and he’s only ever messed up once with “Garruk Wildspeaker” he didn’t know wildspeaker was his last name so he changed it to hiragana translation rather then Romaji

There's a french mistake in the french card oof Invasion of New Phyrexia : despite it being an XWB costed card, you're always supposed to get two knights, whatever cost you pay 😅
Portuguese have some wilds mistranslation
Not EXACTLY a mistranslation to this level, but, when it came to translate "Grixis Slavedriver" in Italian, well... let's just say they made a choice that did not age so well.

the brazilian portuguese version of the new Brimaz, blight of Oreskos have some REALLY BAD PLACEMENT OF WORDS IN THE TRANSLATION, OMG.
english: Whenever you cast a Phyrexian creature or artifact creature spell, incubate X, where X is that spell's mana value.
portuguese: toda vez que você conjurar uma mágica de criatura ou de criatura artefato phyrexiano, incube x, sendo x o valor de mana daquela mágica.
english translation to the portuguese version: whenever you cast creature or a artifact creature phyrexian spell, incubate x, where x is that spell's mana value
French magic cards have another issue that came with translation and it's far worse because it came with missinterpretations and during games.
The translation issue are. About the creature types "Snake" and "Serpent" because the French word for snake is "Serpent" and MTG decided that is was how they were gonna name their Big Snakes! (Btw Snakes and serpents are perfect synonyms in english so this doesn't make sense in the first place)
So in france they decided to translate snake to serpent and Serpent to "grand serpent" because serpents in magic are just big Snakes.
This led to misinterpretations such as spells that target only Snakes would also target Serpents, because there is the word "Serpent" in "Grand serpent" and they're basically the same thing. I saw mayhem unfold during a commander game between a Xyris deck and a Koma deck just because the English speakers can't do a whole sentence without using a word stolen from french
