      @@fishinfool247 No one bailed at all. He films full time for TV and ice fishing season is insane for him. We just filmed a new one, don't you worry, also have 5 more ready for when spring comes.

    What is a tullibee? I've never heard of these. Is it related to any fish species? Is there another name for these fish? Is it a whitefish?

      It is a member of the trout family. It is also closely related to the whitefish but they are not the same. Whitefish get much larger

      @@330Maniac There arent any around southeastern ohio that i know of...we havent had good ice for years it seems anymore so its sauger below dams on the Ohio river with some striper for fun...and a few good crappie holes...and a few trips to lake Erie if they have good ice...Man a trip up your way seems to be in order..lol..love the channel!

    Great video there’s some tanks in there my son is the state record holder 5.13 very fun fish I’ve been out there fishin them now for over 35 year defiantly my favorite winter fish to catch

    I really like those Piscifun reals. Cheap. Work wonderfully! Bought two on amazon as they are pretty cheap. Like the collapsible handle nice drag and overall a smooth real in really cold temps.

    Several years ago on Lake of the Woods, I got into a bunch of tullibees while we were supposed to be catching walleyes and sauger. Let me tell you, ya gotta keep that kind of information quiet, or you'll likely get moved to a different shack as we were. They do put up a very nice fight, and I've heard they are halfway decent smoked. Thanks for the FB link, I'll check that out.

    After watching you fish with Alex, I put in an order at Panfish Pirates. I've caught Jumbo Perch, Northern Pike, Crappies and big sunfish on the Raptor jigs. They are absolutely awesome! Thanks for showcasing good, local products!

    Now's that's a Tullibee!! Huge!! 5lbs 13 0zs a 11year old boy caught a Tullibee on Sybil lake in 2015 for state record. :) Jeff

      His grandpa buys jigs at the shop. They actually caught one bigger the next day but didn't want to do paperwork again. Both fish are on the wall.

    Awsome vid man. Me and my wife caught some pretty big ones last month out of pelican lake in the brainerd area out of our wheel house. It was really cool they were only 10ft under the ice and we sight fished them threw the hole with tiny tungstens it was super cool watching them circle it and hit it.

I would think some sponsors would reach out to you and offer to pay you and give you equipment to use and basically promote if its worth it and produces and is user friendly.
