wow! How does this not have more views? Incredible work, the cinematography, the edits, lighting, audio, the background music were outstanding! I would be so happy to work my way up to half of this lol trying to get into filming as I'm a photographer right now, this has been super inspiring.
This is an oxymoron but I’m angry and in denial as to how absolutely beautiful this short film was. I nearly teared up the end: the visuals, the woman humming, the color grading, the story, the shots, everything was perfect. Just 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Oh man, watching this on a foggy early morning looking for visual inspiration was a bath to me. Best BM6K film I've seen. Beautiful cinematography, narrative and message.
Absolutely 100% flawless - I found this project by looking for examples of Vespid use. This piece is utterly magnificent by all practical definitions. It inspires me to create better and more meaningful work. Thank you.
I am going to subscribe to this channel because of how beautiful the story and shots it all come together in each videos. I think this is what people really need nowadays, the true beauty and the real story behind the human spirit. Hopefully this channel gets more exposure in the future! Good luck Guido!❤
What an awesome video. My wife and I are huge fans of Annie and love her restaurant and the her team, we have been lucky to have been spoiled there so many times. I advise everyone to make the effort to visit and treat yourself.
Amazingly done Guido! I'd love to learn a little bit more about how you film! How much of this is something that your subject was doing anyway vs how much of it is directed?
Phenomenal work, really beautiful throughout. I came here looking at potentially getting a Vespid or two myself and ended up properly appreciating a lovely piece of work 😃
Beautiful work! Would be interested to see your work with a 1/8 glimmerglass instead of the promist. Probably would retain a tiny bit more of sharpness while holding onto that really nice rolloff in the highlights.
Outstanding dude, I loved the look of that film . I DEMAND A COLOR GRADE TUTORIAL. ❤️❤️❤️ and @1:09 drone shot, the edges of the footage are swirly and creamy. How did you achieve that ? Dude, I have so many questions.
You do AMAZING work my friend. Your imagery and story telling are beautiful!! Just got a set of DZO primes too for a KomodoX and love the look as well. Now I need to learn how to shoot like you. Just GORGEOUS cograts!!
Combination of this camera and these DZO lenses are just amazing, movie quality tools in the hands of a talented individual. Did you use any mist filters? What drone did you use?
Excellent work! What stop did you shoot at? Was this mostly natural light on the interiors? Again, can't say enough about how beautiful it looks, and how delicate it feels.
That grading is INSANE! And the cinematography is also spot on. so good! May I ask taht, did you use any anamorphic adapter? 2:13 this shot is so beautiful and the fall-off at the bottom of the frame and peripheral are gorgeous. Is it done in post or Vesprid added with some anamorphic adapter? Thank you and really.impressive work.
This is a really well crafted film, thank you for sharing this story. Your choice of camera, lens and colour grading are spot on for this type of film. Subbed!
Hi, Guido. Amazing job, great work. I'm glad to be your 1000 subscriber. This is the first of your videos I see and I'm already a fan. Could you please tell me what kind of 'blurry' effect is that you use in the drone shots? It looks amazing. I'm thinking about buying this set of lens. Would you recomend it?
I think this may be the most visually stunning short I've seen in a while
Wow! That means a lot! Thanks, Nicolas
This is truly beautiful. One of the best 6k Pocket clips I've seen.
Great cinematography and color grading. Really enjoyed this :)
Thank you :)
Keep coming back to this, over and over again. The cinematography, the edit, the story. Truly beautiful! ❤
Thank you, Stefan! Much appreciated!
I have watched this master artwork over 10 times now and I can’t stop because it’s so beautiful 😊 thank you ❤

Fantastic in so many ways. The only choice I wasn't crazy about was the looping of the vocals singing in the background throughout the whole piece.
It's the most beautiful & filmic image I've ever seen from a BMPCC 6k!
Just awesome Buddy!
Thanks a lot! :)
Absolutely stunning shots, colors, everything! Respect, man!
Hey, thanks for the message!!
Beautiful man, I thought I remember seeing this on Vimeo because of the staff pick. So good
Thanks Mateus!!

It’s the best restaurant I’ve tried in Australia - no doubt.

Perfect all around. The ending was a beautiful touch on what she said "work out a way where I walk a little bit more gently on earth"
Phenomenal work, really beautiful throughout. I came here looking at potentially getting a Vespid or two myself and ended up properly appreciating a lovely piece of work 😃

and @1:09 drone shot, the edges of the footage are swirly and creamy. How did you achieve that ? Dude, I have so many questions.
Thank you! I’m planning to do a breakdown of this a video and color grading as well.
You can find that effect as radial blur in DaVinci.
Yes please, a grading tutorial... Love this so much
my eyes have turned into little hearts😍
liked..commented..subscribed...thank you
im keen to visit this restaurant.. do you have a link?
Beautifully captured and graded.
I came for the lens, I stayed for the story... (And the beautiful color grading😉)
Hey how do you shoot so stable with the bmpcc6k? Is it a large heavy rig or do you have a different method
It is heavy enough to remove any micro jitters and the rig itself is balanced to have the CG on the top handle.
This was masterfully shot. Love when you see well produced BMPCC visuals. So much mediocre or below on TH-cam but this is breathtaking.
Really appreciate it! :)
Such a beautiful and inspiring work! May I ask where you got the music from or who the artist is? Thank you so much!
So well done! Thank you!
In love with your cinematography

This is stunning, amazing choices for every aspect. Well done!

How did you get the anamorphic effect? In post? Beautiful stuff!
Amazing story, very well produced.
Combination of this camera and these DZO lenses are just amazing, movie quality tools in the hands of a talented individual. Did you use any mist filters? What drone did you use?
Love these lenses. I used a BPM 1/8, and a Mavic 3.
We are all waiting for a Color Grading breakdown of this video. A feast for the eyes... Did you use anything like Film Convert?
Thanks Valerio! Hopefully soon. I just use a PFE as a base and I do all the rest.
Beautifully done, man! Great job
Thank you!
Wonderful documentary. Both visually and both the message it delivers. Thank you for sharing.

woww! It is very close to the Helios44-2. IS IT ALL MADE BY THE LENS? OR YOU APPLIED EXTRAS TO MAKE IT VINTAGY TO THAT EXTEND?
Beautiful shots, writing, cinematography and direction. Loved it!❤
Thank you!!

Thank you! :)

Could you break down your Color Grading process? I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate it
It is the plan for the beginning of 2023 :) I still have to upload the breakdown for this video.
@@guidopezz Awesome, looking forward to both :)
So beautiful.
Beautiful cinematography, and the narration is perfect 👌🏻
Were you a solo operator (image and sound) ?
Well done !
Thank you Benjamin! Yes, I did everything on my own :)
What did you do for camera rigging and stabilization?
What is the humming in the background? Where did you get it from?
Just amazing. Made me wanna get out and do a short doc too!
Vespid Primes kick ass. Glad to see more and more people using them.

Mavic 3

We might create something again!
Yes, I did radial blur on DaVinci.

Could you make nostalgia luts for the Red Komodo? Would love to purchase. Beautiful work.
That’s the plan! I’m finishing the ones for Sony now. Could you send me footage from the Komodo to do some tests?
