Great makes sense, so now how do i beocme a registries. it answeared alot. but since the domains are here there must be someone creating them. fx like he said ".com" is one specefik brand. then what stops me (one person) from creating my own ".pay" (idk if .pay is taken, but thats not the case) and how do i create it?
