Are you sure it was your account level for season 4 and not your battlepass tier level? They did not have an issue with providing the omega styles this is the first time hear this
I joined at Season 4 then stopped because it wasn't put together well at the start. Made challenges confusing as well as leveling up. I liked carbide especially reminds me of the agents from the crack down series. I think Carbide was a reference to a agent from Crack Down 3
I personally love Hybrid..., I love how he’s so Customizable with all he’s Styles..I like to run his Stage 1 blue or Stage 4 blue, I think he’s one of the best skins in the game..and I remember at the start of season 8 all the bots worn red Hybrid stage 1..😂 and blackheart stage 1

I was level 83 in season 4 but it never gave me the Colors for Omega and It didn’t give me the colors for Carbide
