At one point I thought "bet the tilt alarm is going off", then you showed inside the loader and true enough 'beep - beep - beep' until the "oh shut up" button was pressed. Then later on, I thought the fasttrack was going for the overtake! Great in-sight video - thanks
May i just point out thats its just a jcb not a person it doesn’t have feelings and driving it through mud isnt abuse they have to earn their keep great vid George and well driven in those conditions
Great video George. Drove one of those 535's the other day as we needed an extra machine. Found the visibility and manoeuvrability great but just not enough ballast at the back. Couldn't compare to the class scorpion for power and weight
Hywel Phillips Thankyou Hywel, the 535 is good although not perfect, i've not had a go in a Scorpion, used to use a Targo but i'm guessing they've come along way since then!
Yes the scorpion is good, little things like having the direction shuttle on the joystick make it brilliant. Not a fan of the visibility through the right hand window but suppose a 5.5 t machine with 9 meter reach has a big boom which takes up space!
Wow some of these comments are hilarious trying to tell you how to drive, if they've ever driven a telehandler in these conditions they'd probably take their comments back.
BTW at 5:23 that was such skill HTF did you get out that. A few more meters and u would of tipped and most likely died. Love your vids man keep it up doing brill gr8 work.
Great video ;) if my dad seen u drive one of his machines like that then you'd bee in trouble. I have to say very well driven given the conditions ;) more please :)
Now this is a rare video your machinery DIRTY? lol. i bet the power washer was at hand on return to the yard. yet more excellent GoPro images loving the view looking down in to the Bunning as it emptied. this is a great team to watch.
+George Saunders I understand it is common practise in many countries to part-fill the tyres (40% -70%) with liquid (many different liquids used depending on climate and corrosion issues), to lower centre of gravity and increase traction.
this type of muck spreader is so typical for UK and France. why did it not really make its way to other European countries? It seems like a very robust heavy duty kind of construction.
Great video George, at my neighbours contracting business they work with 2 Bunning spreaders. Great machines, check out my channel to see them in action. We usually load the spreaders with an excavator, works well for us.
Seems like nobody spreads manure here in The States anymore. Not like that anyway. People use human sewer sludge and chicken manure but that stuff stinks for miles. What is that? Old hay and cow krap?
even though human sewer sludge stinks a lot, i would rather use that as a fertilizer than synthetic one, after all we are the ones who eat and drink final product of a land. stinging nettle near our sewege tank can grow up to 2 meters :D
Lou Chan You're probably right. I think the chicken manure is good stuff but the human waste also contains insulin syringes and tampons. Im not kidding either. We actually found those things all over the field that it was sprayed on.
Máquina muito boa mas o operador é muito ruim de serviço desperdiça muito material é muito sem noção parece fazer as coisa de qualquer jeito sem se importar com a qualidade do mesmo!
the driver wants lesson for a start far to much wheel slip just making a mess wear and tear on machinery dropping muck everywhere extending the boom when there is no need suprised he has not tipped it over im glad he does not work for me a total knob
+paul marshall I grew up at a sawmill operating just about every kind of machine out there. I have thirty years experience operating heavy equipment. If you see this guy as a bad operator just because he spun his tires in slimy muck, I doubt that he would work for you. This guy probably owns this equipment you see here and it is not cheap and since that it is just support equipment for a much bigger operation, I'd say he don't need to work for you. This guy did an excellent job loading those spreaders in a hurry. Look at his attachment. He has to spin the tires to get a good jab at the muck to get a full scoop and the stuff that falls out the side, I'd like to see you avoid that. The extended boom was because he used it to get unstuck, like a pro. He kept his boom low the entire time and knew his machines center of gravity well. You have obviously never operated any serious equipment or you would know that he did just fine. You're just a wanna be, internet bitcher, bitching because you're jealous.
+Mech Inizer I do own machinery like this and have far more experience I'm not jealous etc as you stated I made a statement to what I have seen and if not liked delete it kind regards
At one point I thought "bet the tilt alarm is going off", then you showed inside the loader and true enough 'beep - beep - beep' until the "oh shut up" button was pressed.

Great in-sight video - thanks
Awesome video.... well handled 5mins into the video great shot's at different places keep them coming. Take care
That must do wonders for the soil getting all that organic matter into it. Are the soils improving by using this method? Cheers
They are very versatile. Crabbing is fun too 👍🏻
just found your channel interesting couple vids ive seen so far working my way through them but defo keep them coming
I like it George when you get stuck backing out of the pile.
You know how to get unstuck! fantastic video George.
Talk about experience and knowledge 💯too good George.Thankyou for sharing the knowledge to the world.
Gday from Country victoria Australia.
Хорошо живете! Братцы кролики! Техника супер!

I'm no farmer so may be a dumb question but y are the tyres on the ring way on the spreader
David Begley they arnt driven so it doesn’t make any difference
Good stuff man
There's more on the floor than there is in the spreader ;) lol
Loading all day can get tiring !!
Sam Thompson Haha, wet ol' muck! it was nice and clean by the time i had finished:)
Nice shirt George! Lol! Bit sore on the eyes time it had bit more dirt on it!!
jimhardie01 Haha, feels like i should be in an office!!
Is there much difference in top speed between this and the construction spec? I drive a 535-140 construction and it tops out at 16mph, lol
I'm pretty sure this one would to out at 40kph or 25 ish mph
Exelent video! But if you pull out the arm and drive with heavy loaad,it is bad for tractor arm.But it is cool!:)
Wow some of these comments are hilarious trying to tell you how to drive, if they've ever driven a telehandler in these conditions they'd probably take their comments back.
The fastrac is looking great
Is this cow manure? And it looks like its processed since its so loose?
DragonBorn It is cow muck and well spotted it has been through a seperator.
Nice video george
Very good video George! That loader is really quick!
Hans van het Goor Thankyou Hans
your good at farming
Those JCB's look kickazz. Fast down the road too. That a European only tractor? I wouldn't like driving down those narrow roads.
we got them in australia
How do you wash these machines before going back on public roads?
Not i think
Danut Plesu don't bother
BTW at 5:23 that was such skill HTF did you get out that.
A few more meters and u would of tipped and most likely died.
Love your vids man keep it up doing brill gr8 work.
Great video
Ukfarming Thankyou:)
Whys he driving around with the boom out
Good video if you know what your doing. You can do that with the machine well done
james mclachlan Thankyou James
pretty weighty stuff that muck. great vid
And probably more if it was wet!
Great video ;) if my dad seen u drive one of his machines like that then you'd bee in trouble. I have to say very well driven given the conditions ;) more please :)
classicmasseyman Haha, i don't normally drive like that, i do give the machines respect although i expect them to work hard for their living.
@@GeorgeSaunders well said!!those machines are meant to work hard and not for looks :)
Now this is a rare video your machinery DIRTY? lol.
i bet the power washer was at hand on return to the yard.
yet more excellent GoPro images loving the view looking down in to the Bunning as it emptied.
this is a great team to watch.
cibie01 It won't be for long mate! They are already shining again!!
George Saunders That do's not surprise me one bit George lol
George Saunders qqqq
cibie01
I have found the same with the 535's good machines and powerful enough. Just hasn't got the weight
+George Saunders I understand it is common practise in many countries to part-fill the tyres (40% -70%) with liquid (many different liquids used depending on climate and corrosion issues), to lower centre of gravity and increase traction.

Great vid mate, loving the shots. U might want lower those tyre pressures haha.
jordankeeps Cheers Jordan, might just do that to get a bit of extra traction:)
hat looked awfully like Upper Caldecote--Out the back from my house
Ok are u going to show drilling
Pauvre matériel. ... Encore un super bon chauffeur .....
wats the pressed shirt all about ?? a think he came from a office job cus he cany handle the machine very well
Be far easier with a 13t excavator with a selector grab! Dogging a machine like that only ends in tears
They are some we machine 😆
Great video George, at my neighbours contracting business they work with 2 Bunning spreaders. Great machines, check out my channel to see them in action. We usually load the spreaders with an excavator, works well for us.
why dont you use a manitou for this jcb is not that good for dealing with mud
like a big working,so nasty big
Not bad :)

Sam King This was cow manure, A lot of sewage sludge is spread here as well as cow and chicken muck.
