Just to answer Mdot's question:
Firstly, Chris Eubank has Jamaican parents, and has been raised with in the culture. Secondly, although they are both practicing 'code switching', the reason for doing it is what makes all the difference. One of them has the privilege of being able to choose to code switch, whillst the other not only has to, but is expected to inorder to navigate systemic racism. Hope this helps, Happy New Year! 🥂
