love that this is in Okayama where my mom lives! I don't eat chinese/taiwanese food in the U.S. since I don't trust the "safe food handling" of restaurants, but would eat chinese in japan... especially, here! I would love to try this place when I go back there in the fall~ lol plus, my mom loves chinese food!
