Mod author here: the bunnies have a tendency to escape. Even put an invisible wall to stop them but they keep getting out. Im very happy you like it. Ive now included an option to have a vampire den and added the fishing cc in it if you desire it.
Just an idea -- maybe make custom bunnies with a custom AI package that will only wander two feet from their origin? Never tried it, so don't know if it would work.

The birds on those coffered ceilings! Just WOW. I'm always a Khajiit or a Nord, but I still love this house! I can always fill it with cats. ;) And the stuffed bunny for your kids... too cute! I love seeing how the Interiors mod interacted, too--just gorgeous. The Vikings (and the Celts) did love their color, after all, so it works for me! And a little dog bed! Sweet!
Oh my goodness! This is the most beautiful home I think I've ever seen! Now I'm going to have to create yet another playthrough with an Altmer Mage who will live here. Just...stunning! I'm already loving this mod combo, and I'm not halfway through yet. That cavity below the bunny pen might glitch them on load. Don't worry, they're falling through negative space eternally. Honestly, I don't think I'd need to spend much time in the interior, based on the exterior alone. The apple tree balcony has something I've craved in all my homes --- a place to plant tall plants so you can see from elsewhere on the property if they've matured, blossomed, etc. Inigo has it right, of course. This place REEEEKS of conspicuous wealth. I've always like Proudspire, but despite some nice nooks, and a real feel of old nobility, I could never decorate it in a way that appeared like my entire family and entourage could be replaced in an instant, and the house would still look the same. Like it will outlive you. Maybe too much stone and gray, as you say. It's a shame Jorden the Shield-Maiden isn't in your tour for this play-through. For no reason but looks, she's one of my favorite Housecarls. Despite having never seen one like this, I immediately recognized the STILL. I was llike--- 'that's interesting'. VERY nice-looking bottles, creative names, and I Wonder about effects. I admit, I'm a racist. Don't like Thalmor, never have. But this ordered, opulent, well appointed place says that partly, they DO have some qualities lacking in other cultures. Maybe they are still just rich Machiavellian shitheads. I leave that debate for the battlefields. They do decent houses. The reason the kitchen falls apart, I'm bound to point out, is that it isn't vented properly. So I sabotaged it. The wood-pallet shower is a no-go for me. Too much like the rotted wood affairs at summer camp. It wouldn't last, looks surprisingly cheap and shoddy for Thalmor. Dog-bed. Cool. If the dogs actually use it -- I'm all in. Miniature pipe organ? Is THAT why the little vultures are always bum-rushing me at the door for painfully large allowances? Telescope, spring clock --- so many little bits and items that show world travel, an interest in progress and advancement of technology. Quite cool. Does the clock actually work? The vibrant blues are tastefully accented. Such a rare spectrum of them, almost never seen in Skyrim. I'm HAVING that rug. Well done.
I took ownership of this property yesterday . Another place to sleep, or take shelter and it’s close to the Bards Hall and the sewer (Thieves Guild) I just can decide where to make my main residence, when I have so many properties. I have no time for quests. Employing staff for Hjertesten Hall. However I am happy to have another property. Feeling a bit Elitist . Just need a super yacht, bunker and a jet. This definitely trumps over TNF Beds Plus in my book! I think I'm gonna have my Tally boy move in here! Taliesin is by far my favorite follower mod who is a former Thalmor. Hopefully he doesn't teach my children the Thalmor ways. But I hope he'll teach them how to fight
Well, this is such an improvement that owning the vanilla version is kind of embarrassing. That little hidden outdoor haven set the tone and it got better and better. If the city wants to make me a Thane I will take the job but I will take care of my own decorating decisions thank you very much. No need to settle for their plebeian approach to life when we could have this instead.

Ive never moded proudspire before but I'll definitely be keeping this in mind if my poor pc ever has the storage for me to reinstall skyrim between Fallout 4 and how often i reinstall Hogwarts legacy skyrim is very rarely in the cards storage wise 😂 P.S im a high elf so this warms My hart

I don't know what it is about the homes that come with the game, they all are broken. Most of the replacement mods or re-imagined versions that I've tried all have had some king of wonkiness involved, except Lupus's Breezehome. It just works.. right? Right? Have you considered using a different window ? Rustic are so old and really loo dated- Try skyland windows or my fave visible windows two mods vastly support to the once great rustic windows. Rustic really sticks out like HUGE sore thumb in this mod

It’s a Aldmeri themed house with unfortunately a few Thalmor touches. The thalmor are just a government run spy network that like to police the moon sugar out of your pockets so you could actually use this as straight up Aldmeri house and remove the notion of it being Thalmor . I’d happily move in if I’d just landed from the Summerset Isles

The fishtanks you can have without buying AE - it's one of the free things in the upgrade on SE (in the fishing mod i think it was) when AE came out.
