OH I'm pretty sure know you all remember Teban and Goliat in "Si Goot da Wanderpol" in the 90's. I was ten back then. I loved this show! I wouldn't miss an episode!!!

Cebu was definitely much cleaner and with 90% less traffic than today. Cebu needs some freeways or at least 2 or 3 Skyways for cars. Why should Manila get all the freeways, buses, trains and expressways with Cebu nothing?
