Thanks, brother. When I remain present, without thoughts, I'm simply aware, and nothing happens until there is a spontaneous thought or an inner energy arising that guides me. And I realize that there is no entity within that directs us. Life runs itself. So, with this paper ball, the purpose was to express that if I remain present as awareness itself, nothing occurs until some inner creations arise.

Free will can only be understood against a backdrop of no free will, in the same way that “tall” cannot be understood except in relationship to “short”. To know tall is to know short. To know change is to know the unchanging.
If there is tall, there is short. If there is change, there is the unchanging. If there is no free will, there is free will.
At the relative ego level, there is no free will. Yet at the absolute level, free will is its very nature. The unqualified suffers no limitations. How could it? “No free will” is a limitation.
In short, the ego has no free will. You do. Who else awakens from the dream of ego? “Awareness waking up to itself” is a story, one that imputes motivation to the unqualified and anthropomorphizes awareness. You post these videos-a YOU not made of consciousness or of energy or ego or any notion whatsoever. Devoid of qualifications, and when the absolute and relative eventuality merge, you return simply to you-where you are you, and a bird is a bird, and a cup of tea is a cup of tea. “Just like this”-free from all illusions-IS. Truly free. ❤🙏

I am looking to understand more about this, how do the notions of responsibility and accountability play into this? How come if I decide I’m going to throw the ball I. 3 seconds, I can do that? Or I can choose to not do that? I am open to understanding however at this moment I do not understand how we do not have choice. I am studying NLP and have been able to change my thoughts and beliefs on command. I respect your views and am open to creating more openness within myself. Thank you

So, the notion of responsibility or accountability happens without deciding. We feel as though we control something, that we have free will. However, things unfold as they are meant to. Life takes care of itself.
We don't actually make decisions; this is indeed an illusion. As we are ultimately nobody, even the sense of personhood is an illusion, a false belief.
Regarding whether to throw the ball or not, you might believe you're deciding, but you're not. You believe that you choose to keep or not the ball. Again, it's the illusion of choice.
You didn't decide to write this comment; it simply happened. To delve deeper, we don't choose our thoughts; they arise in our field of consciousness. You don't know what your next thought will be. Try it now, even if you believe you've decided to think about, let's say, a red car, the image of the red car arises within you without any conscious decision. Ahah.
Even if it seems like you're choosing one thought over another, there's an energy within us that pulls us to choose in the moment.
I know it s topic truly challenging to comprehend, but detach yourself from thoughts and awaken to what you are in essence, and you will recognize that there has never been a doer, a thinker, a separate entity inside.

No, we don't have free will for nothing. Even though there is a strong appearance of choice. As I explained in this video, it's simply the life force within you that «chooses», even if there is a strong illusion of choosing not to identify with the body-mind. This is simply the way it is, the spontaneity of life that is perfect as it is. ♥️✨🙏🏼
