SM has manner class for the trainees. Also their seniors always watch them from time to time and like BoA said they will get scolded if they start lacking not only in performance but also manner, attitude.
Having strict senior is important. Being serious at work but soft during off work. Not to mention Boa is a veteran idol for 19 years. She has a lot of experiences that she knows how to taught them to being professional on stage.
SM is sophisticated. Other agencies can't reach their level.
I wish they have Manners class for their managers, some of them really need to pull it together

Yuta is so underrated. Like this is one of the hardest choreography of nct & in whole kpop. He executed all the moves so beautifully. He is literally one of the backbones of this song. I am so proud of main dancer Yuta.

Yuta is my most favorite dancer. And for good reasons. He is so confident. His facial expressions, every neat dance move, everything is so perfect that it's killing me.

I'm usually not one to comment on the visuals but daaang NCT are so gorgeous even without (especially without, imo) make up. Like I already know they are but every time I see videos of them in their natural, bare-faced state, it's like I get hit all over again with that fact. My man Yuta is a very powerful dancer. He's really a backbone in NCT. Black on Black has one of the hardest choreography in kpop and Yuta's center perf was so perfect.

You can see that SM artists THEMSELVES are so perfectionist with their dance, their styles. And Boa is a great woman, she seems really passionate with her work and all the SM artists hang out well with her, i mean, they doesn't seem awkard around her, always they are super respectful, but it's not like in a wrong way or they are afraid of her. Also, she deserves a lot of. I'm very proud that a woman is director of the biggest idol company in Korea, it's her place, along with Kangta.
