From watching Nicki’s videos I have come to believe that Elizabeth is an amazing mother, friend and person! I love the videos that include Elizabeth and her lovely family. Elisabeth’s morning walks are amazing! Love watching the girls making different pastas and their artwork. Hopefully, by the time they open their B&B my husband and I will be able to travel to Italy to visit family and book a few days with Elisabeth and Peppe.
For months i was thinking she was the sister of Carlo 😂 She is such a nice person. I did subscribe for her new channel. So sweet with her daughters and husband and the goats.

I thought Elizabeth looked familiar and realized I saw her on Nikki’s channel. It’s so heartwarming to see that she moved to Italy for love. That’s huge leaving your own country, family, comfort zone, etc. Her girls are adorable! Having a business together has its challenges and I’m so glad Elizabeth decided to cut back to be with her daughters. When we had our first child…I wanted to be a stay at home mom, but we couldn’t afford that. My husband wanted me to work full time. I was like…no…not happening, especially since I wanted to be with my baby. So we compromised…I worked 3 days and was home 2 days. This was the perfect solution for us. It’s all about balance. And I also agree that on one hand the pandemic was horrible; however, it made families reconnect in many ways. My family stated eating dinner together on our patio every night and talking. It was a long time since we had done that due to schedules, etc. The Amalfi coast is beautiful!!! Hopefully tourism is picking up and businesses are doing better. 💜🙏

Elisabeth is absolutely wonderful. I had the pleasure of meeting her and her family this summer when I visited Positano. I knew of her and her business through watching Nicki Positano. We booked a sunset cruise with Blue Star and little did I know, she, Peppe and one of their captains were all in on the surprise proposal that my fiancé had planned. They were such an important part of our special day. Truly, truly wonderful people❤️❤️

Wow!! What a great interview!! Wow Elisabeth such a wonderful extremely intelligent human being. Compassionate with so much human kindness. I have never heard her whinge, like so many do especially complaining about crowds in Positano. If there were no tourists how would the locals live. You can’t just spend your time just planting & growing & tending animals. What would business minded people do or earn their livelihood? Positano is such a beautiful place, well the whole of the Amalfi coast is gorgeous. The locals should be proud that people from other countries love to experience the beauty. Elisabeth’s value on family life really makes one think that we need to stop & take stock & realise what is important. Elisabeth you are blessed because you are a very positive, kind human being. I really enjoyed listening to Elisabeth talk about her life in positano and the lovely healthy nature filled surroundings her two lovely little girls enjoy. No phones, or TV to program their developing minds. And at the end I thought children's book series! All about two little girls on the side of the hill in positano feeding their animals, planting their own food, adventures on the beach, out 9n the boats etc with no phones plenty of time for creativity and imagination! Now I don't know how this process works but already you'd be able to do many languages and show children across the world healthier more natural ways of growing up! And show parents too of course.

So fun to have this pop up in my feed. I just discovered Elizabeth’s channel last week, from Nicki Positano’s you tube. I love Nicki and Carlo. I was blessed to visit an expat in Naples back in 2015, my friend and I then traveled to the Amalfi Coast. We didn’t venture north to Positano, but spent 3 glorious days around d Amalfi. It was so beautiful and one of my best vacations ever. I love the beach clubs with the rented chairs and must say the limoncello tradition after each meal is fabulous!
It was such a delight to see ELIZABETH here too. I know her as a TRUE FRIEND to Nicki but also as A BEAUTIFUL HUMBLE WARM FACINATING HUMAN BEING . I have always thought she is italian just because of her being so FRIENDLY & WARM & LOVELY the things we know as Italians are. WE LOVE YOU & YOUR FAMILY ❤👏🙌🙏❤ all the way from Toronto Canada 🇨🇦

Thanks for filling us in on the beautiful Elizabeth. My mom was from Vienna also. I wish she had spoken to us all the time in German. I had to study it in school but it did not sink in as well. I would love to be multi lingual.. Her girls are lovely. She seems like such a good friend to Nicki whose vlog I follow. It was so nice to hear about her life. So lovely to hear a full interview with Elisabeth. She is often featured on the youtube channel of Nicki (Positano) but she is an interesting person to listen to in her own right. When she talked about the move to a new country and family it was so beautifully worded. I moved 11,000 miles to be with my husband and my "Family" are all friends too. Any move is what you make of it and good friends make it easier to settle within a new community.
Loved this interview with Elisabeth, she is so down to earth and lovely. I will definitely rent her boats when I go to Positano. Her family with Nicki's family videos are the best. Elisabeth is such a hard worker and deserves her beautiful life on the Amalfi Coast!

I came across her of course watching Nikki and Carlo in the Positano Diaries with her family. She has the most beautiful children!! I used to spend a bit of time in that area working on yachts especially Capri and Naples. I would love to return to actually spend some time as a tourist rather than mostly working as I was.

Such an interesting interview, especially having seen Elisabeth quite often in the Positano Diaries TH-cam channel with her friend Nicki. I actually thought Elisabeth was Italian so it's fascinating to hear about her talk about her background and her thoughts and feelings about living and working in Positano.

Having a business together has its challenges and I’m so glad Elizabeth decided to cut back to be with her daughters. When we had our first child…I wanted to be a stay at home mom, but we couldn’t afford that. My husband wanted me to work full time. I was like…no…not happening, especially since I wanted to be with my baby. So we compromised…I worked 3 days and was home 2 days. This was the perfect solution for us. It’s all about balance. And I also agree that on one hand the pandemic was horrible; however, it made families reconnect in many ways. My family stated eating dinner together on our patio every night and talking. It was a long time since we had done that due to schedules, etc. The Amalfi coast is beautiful!!! Hopefully tourism is picking up and businesses are doing better. 💜🙏

Elisabeth is absolutely wonderful. I had the pleasure of meeting her and her family this summer when I visited Positano. I knew of her and her business through watching Nicki Positano. We booked a sunset cruise with Blue Star and little did I know, she, Peppe and one of their captains were all in on the surprise proposal that my fiancé had planned. They were such an important part of our special day. Truly, truly wonderful people❤️❤️

Wow!! What a great interview!! Wow Elisabeth such a wonderful extremely intelligent human being. Compassionate with so much human kindness. I have never heard her whinge, like so many do especially complaining about crowds in Positano. If there were no tourists how would the locals live. You can’t just spend your time just planting & growing & tending animals. What would business minded people do or earn their livelihood? Positano is such a beautiful place, well the whole of the Amalfi coast is gorgeous. The locals should be proud that people from other countries love to experience the beauty. Elisabeth’s value on family life really makes one think that we need to stop & take stock & realise what is important. Elisabeth you are blessed because you are a very positive, kind human being. I really enjoyed listening to Elisabeth talk about her life in positano and the lovely healthy nature filled surroundings her two lovely little girls enjoy. No phones, or TV to program their developing minds. And at the end I thought children's book series! All about two little girls on the side of the hill in positano feeding their animals, planting their own food, adventures on the beach, out 9n the boats etc with no phones plenty of time for creativity and imagination! Now I don't know how this process works but already you'd be able to do many languages and show children across the world healthier more natural ways of growing up! And show parents too of course.

So fun to have this pop up in my feed. I just discovered Elizabeth’s channel last week, from Nicki Positano’s you tube. I love Nicki and Carlo. I was blessed to visit an expat in Naples back in 2015, my friend and I then traveled to the Amalfi Coast. We didn’t venture north to Positano, but spent 3 glorious days around d Amalfi. It was so beautiful and one of my best vacations ever. I love the beach clubs with the rented chairs and must say the limoncello tradition after each meal is fabulous!

So lovely to hear a full interview with Elisabeth. She is often featured on the youtube channel of Nicki (Positano) but she is an interesting person to listen to in her own right. When she talked about the move to a new country and family it was so beautifully worded. I moved 11,000 miles to be with my husband and my "Family" are all friends too. Any move is what you make of it and good friends make it easier to settle within a new community.

I came across her of course watching Nikki and Carlo in the Positano Diaries with her family. She has the most beautiful children!! I used to spend a bit of time in that area working on yachts especially Capri and Naples. I would love to return to actually spend some time as a tourist rather than mostly working as I was.
