I know you apologize often for talking in between songs, but it's one of my favourite parts of a live performance. I love the pieces of personality. I also like the artist get a break to catch their breath, rest their voice and get into the next headspace for a totally different song. I know I need that when I sing. When I go to a Tegan and Sara concert specifically, they're KNOWN for the banter between songs, and it's the most authentic and unique part of the show. It almost feels like something's lacking if they don't chit chat in between. I love the interludes and getting to see more of who you are. So, never apologize.
