My father's mom tried to treat my mom just like this MIL is treating her DIL. When my parents were simply dating my mom said she got along great with her MIL. She said they woukd go shopping together, have lunch together, and just spend quality time with each other. However, mom said almost from the second my mom said "I Do," my grandmother do a complete 180° turn, and turned into a Monster inlaw. My grandmother even tried to demand my mom call her Mami. However, my grandmother did realize just who she was messibg with. While my mom is always respectful to people, she will not sit there and let anyone treat her like crap. So, she said she put her MIL in her place very quickly. When my husband and I got engaged, our mothers didn't really know each other as they lived in different states. I got along fabulously with my future MIL. But, my mom did remind me of what she went though, and warned me to keep my eye out as some people change. Well, let me tell you, during our wedding reception my MIL asked if she could have a word alone with me. So, I led herr into the bridal room to talk. When we got in there she hugged me, cried, and told me how blessed she was to have me as a daughter and she could see how happy I made her son. She told me that she will always be available for me if I need her, and I could always count on her. She also told me if m6 husband ever acted like a jerk, I could call her and she will straighten him out. She has kept every single promise. My MIL has got to be the most amazing, caring, and loving woman I know. She has been my MIL for nearly 30 years, and there isn't one thing in these past 30 years I would chnage about her.
I have never met anyone ever who actually thought that a wife wasn't family. And by her own logic that means the MIL isn't family either. I wish the DIL would point that out. Plus the whole 'wife/housewife should do all the work on the house' logic too. I wish we could get sprouts where the DIL points out that the MIL is ALSO a wife/housewife and should be doing housework tii. Smhhh ridiculous Also ffs, you're supposed to be putting the MIL in her place! STOP APOLOGIZING TO HER
Love when people go to extremes. From day to night with nothing in between. And the selfishness is beyond anything I have ever delt with in my 66 years. Glad I have never met one and the self-entitlement is beyond words. How can the MIL say family only when she is just a wife as well. So guess she is not a part of then.
BTW...it is, "...I wouldn't have even LENT it to them...". Lended isn't even a word in the English dictionary. Good grief...PLEASE invest the $20 in an English dictionary. A $5 Manual of Style would do you well, too. And if you want to stretch it, buy a copy of the English/International Thesaurus. I don't write anything without mine.

"Wives are not consider family!"
Then what does that makes Jasmine since she's a married woman herself?
I really wish that one of these characters would point that out one day 😂
A hypocrite.
I was asking myself the same thing as well.
Never let anyone bully you. They knows no boundaries

The sad part of these stories is most are based in fact. Some really sad people in the world. Good going on the acting tho love the personalities 🤩
I dont use salt and let people add it to taste. My dad used to salt everything before even tasting it, it was hard to break him of that habit.
My dad was the exact same way. He would throw the biggest fit if I forgot to put the salt shaker on the supper table after I got done setting it.
Never move in with your inlaws unless you know them well.
Just leave it at never move in with your in laws period.

MIL angling for a luxurious vacation home, not gonna happen!
I remember this story from another channel awhile ago
Wives aren’t considered family.
Then why are you using her relative’s vacation home
Sorry but the minute they started acting all entitled, Uncle Jack here should have been informed about it.
Uncle Jack is the best Uncle to Stacey
@@gaylyngreen7282 definitely, he is the father she should have had
Good morning, everyone from a cold Alabama

You're acting like the MIL in this story.
