♥ FAQ:
Q. HOW DID YOU GET SO MANY HAMSTER SUPPLIES?
A. The hamster cages, tubes, and supplies were all purchased over the course of many years. I also found some things on Craigslist and Freecycle.
Q. HOW LONG HAVE YOU HAD HAMSTERS?
A. I have been seriously caring for hamsters since 2007.
Q. HOW OLD ARE YOU? YOUR ROOM IS VERY CHILDLIKE.
A. I do not disclose my personal details such as age, but I am (and always will be) a kid at heart! :) Being a "boring adult" is not an option for me!
Q. HOW DO YOU CLEAN ALL OF THIS?
A. Not all at once! :) It's honestly not that bad. I spot clean as needed and since these are large cages, the bedding rarely needs to be changed.
Q. ARE YOU RICH OR SPOILED?
A. No, but I am blessed. God blesses me, friends send things, and my family surprises me with stuff too. My pets are my responsibility though, so I buy them all they need. There are many hamsters who are forced to live in small cages with few toys their whole life. If I can make a difference in just a few hamsters' lives, then it is all worth it. I also work hard for my money, save it, and try to be frugal in as many ways as I can.
Q. WHY WAS YOUR FIRST ROOM TOUR MORE EXTRAVAGANT?
A. My room was arranged differently and I had less personal things at the time.
Q. WHAT EDITOR DO YOU USE FOR YOUR VIDEOS?
A. I use Avid Studio.
Q. WHAT CAMERA DO YOU FILM WITH?
A. I use 3 different once, depending on needs. I have a Sony HDR-CX500, Canon 60D, and Sony DSC-HXV.

So lucky I have 16 hamsters in one really awesome cage connector like you but they all meet together
+sashagold573! Syrian hamsters are solitary, roborovski hamsters can live with 1 or 2 companions(sisters or brothers). i don't think it is a good idea to have 16 hamsters to share a space. especially when you have tubes connect each small compartment, hamsters will fight over small compartments for territory, if the compartment is big enough(e.g more than 360 sq. inches for each hamster), then the situation won't be so serious. hamsters will be under stress to live with other hamsters as this is not their nature, eventually develop aggressive behaviour, killing and cannibalism is not uncommon because of the ignorant owners putting hamsters together in cage. no matter how big your cage is, you cannot imitate the nature, hamsters live far apart from each other solitarily, they only meet during mating, you better separate the hamsters, when injury happen, it is too late already. hamsters reproduce a lot and very quickly, i don't know how you get 16 hamsters, but please separate the female and male, from 16 to hundred is just in months. anyway i hope you take good care of all 16 hamsters(tbh i seldom heard people keep so many hamsters)

They don't
But if they do get stinky just buy chinchilla bath sand and putt it in their cage and they will probably go and bathe in it
And if they don't bathe in it just take some of the chinchilla bath sand and rub it on them really lightly
And then swipe it off ❤️

great video but I have to yell at you for a second. Is that Carefresh's fluffy bedding? If you know anything about hamsters, you now that they tend to eat their bedding and the fluffy kid gets stuck in their system and can easily kill them! please stop using it for the sake of your hams! A good alternative is shredded newspaper. Hammies can't stand the taste of it, and even if they do end up eating it, it is easily digestible for even the smallest dwarf.
Gemma Sherman This is not fluffy bedding. I have never used fluffy bedding for my hamsters. The bedding in their cages is either aspen, Carefresh, or Clean and Cozy. I am well aware of the dangers of fluffy bedding, but thank you for your concern and passing on the info. :)
***** oh ok good! It just looked fluffy from afar. And i know that Carefresh used to make a fluff but they stopped very soon after because of the dangers. I like how they care about the animals and not just about the money. I always get so mad at fluffy companies!

Gemma Sherman Nope! :) Carefresh colors is exactly like Carefresh natural and Carefresh ultra....it's just colorful. It's paper based bedding and although it's soft, it is not the same as cotton fluffy bedding that you are referring to.

+Nicole Fallen Funny! ;) It really doesn't smell as long as I keep up with spot cleaning....though I used to have a very smelly dwarf hamster who loved to pee on his wheel. I have to admit it was hard to miss the smell at that point, but I guess I've built up a tolerance to animal smells over the years. I do keep it as clean as possible though.
It makes me happy knowing that you take care of your animals so well! There should be more pet owners like you!
Oh my goodness where do I even begin?!?!you have a major obsession with frozen and 'for the first time in forever' I've come to realise how much you love it ! It's so lovely :) 'don't conceal it' in your closet just 'let it go' crazy in your room! The hamster cages are undeniable awesome ! 'can I say something crazy'? Ginger snaps setup is the best I've ever seen! And 'can I say something even crazier' Sumatras cage is also the best I've ever seen! 'Well know they know' just how much of a great owner you are, your furies are so fortunate this is such an amazing video all you need know is some snow and I would come and stay because 'the cold never bothered me' and Olaf could come with us and do what 'snow does in summer'. When you opened that closet it felt like I was back in the film again, I'm so blown away by your dedication to your hammies and frozen Ofcourse, I just need to ask you one question?!?!? Do you want to build a snowman? ;) xx
