A Harrier and a Kite Fight Over a Vole at Arcata Marsh

The juvenile kites at Arcata Marsh have fledged and are learning how to hunt for themselves. A successful hunt for one turns into a flight for his life after a harrier decides he would make an easy target.
I flubbed the camerawork on this one - they kept flying in front of the sun, so I had a lot of trouble keeping them in frame and in focus. Sadly, most of the footage isn't suited for any serious projects.
