Im not 100% sure if it was this video but im like 99% sure it was. Months ago, i put this video for my Boyfriend, we prayed together, he repeated this prayer. Fast forward. He died on 9/5/18 God has given me an unexplainable peace and I believe without shadow of a doubt that he put him in my life so that he would come to know the way to heaven. And I've never heard in scripture of confessing the righteousness one has "gained" through the finished work on the cross. I've read in scripture confessing Jesus is Lord, a verbal submission to him as the master of one's life.

Jesus lord our savior please save me. Please show me I am saved. I try so hard to do this prayer every day but I get discouraged and feel doubt, please pray that jesus loves me and that he saves me and I will stop overthinking all of this.

I am currently on a bumpy road of my faith, I finally realized I were focusing on avoiding sin more than actually trying to start an relationship with God, I know what to do, but I feel stuck, and I have too large of a doubt I'm gonna make it to Heaven, My next focus should be to ask Jesus to wake me up out of any sin that is in my heart.
