Off the ground beach casting

First amazingly beautiful day of the year and Iv got a day off work !!
No fish so turned it in to a relaxing casting practice for myself

I'm glad I'm not the only fix spool user 😉. I'm still very much a leaner with beach casting, but I could see the rod loaded much better on those last two casts.
I've got 2 new Penn rods and a pair of Sonik Dominator XS reels that need to be warmed up.

Thank you and yes I like the simplicity of the fixed spalls and the modern reals you can hit the distance a multiplier would !!
The off the ground is something Iv only just started to learn so playing around with it a bit at the moment.
Get those rods and reels out the fish are hungry !!!!
