julian can always be a jungler, jg meta is fast clear time so he's on top (tough to catch a fanny though but its a fanny what new). For exp lane there's usually better heroes but you can pick him if ur jg is a fighter - if ur jg is an assassin its better to pick a tankier hero for frontline 👍
