If Affinity was turned on for filtering it would show a symbol on the right of the tab. It shouldn't be moving currency if it's turned on considering I didn't change the affinities on any of the tabs yet. I guess it may have auto turned on for the guild share tab, but when I restarted the game it changed it.

You don't have the currency affinity turned on for the currency tab, but you do for guild share. So my guess is it might be going into guild share.
