Ive learned Never order with third parties with Amazon. Number 1 you have to pay to ship back to them snd sometimes they sre in other countries. I’ve had such bad experiences with some of their third party vendors. Now i make sure it is sold and shipped by Amazon. I also make sure returns are free shipping.

Jocelyn, if the seller is in the United States, make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I had to do that with a third-party seller on Amazon. I received my return label and refund without any other issues from the seller.

I live close to Gibson mill, you can take max to gibson mill and let him walk around. That’s what I do with my pup and the staff loves dogs there.

I’m considering this since I lowkey promoted their chairs talking good about it because I genuinely liked the chairs, it was just the color that didn’t fit which it’s fine but customer service is bad & I want to warn people about them! ❤️

Good afternoon! I think a lot of those 3rd party sellers give you are hard time in hopes that you will give up and say forget. I'm sure there have been times where that has worked out for them.
