The Chicorée Tiny House is quickly bathed in light thanks to its multiple glass surfaces. Julia and Vincent, the owners of this warm house, wanted a cocooning living room with a convertible sofa to accommodate friends if necessary.
The young couple did not want a refrigerator or oven in the kitchen. Instead, they chose to integrate a three-burner hob, as well as a vegetable drawer to facilitate the storage of their food. A large high table/desk faces the kitchen and will become a space for eating and working in turn, all while enjoying the view thanks to a long sliding window.
The bathroom is quite large in this tiny house. It includes a dry toilet with a stainless steel bucket and a shavings compartment, but also an 80x80cm shower, a wardrobe and a piece of furniture with storage baskets.
The upper floor is accessed by a custom-made staircase made of a steel stringer carrying oak steps. The mezzanine includes two separate sleeping areas and a small suspended oak office.

The Tiny house Kajedenn (which means "meeting" in Breton) was built for Guy, Gwenaëlle and their daughter Orlane. The family lives year-round in a larger house, so the tiny house will serve as a secondary home and will be used to travel from time to time.
The house also has three beds upstairs: a double bed, as well as a chaise longue that can be folded out to serve as an extra bed. On the ground floor, a sofa bed will accommodate up to two more people if necessary. A coffee table with an oak top also enhances this relaxation area.
A 1000w electric heater will be able to heat the entire tiny house in winter.
The kitchen has plenty of equipment and storage space, as well as two oak worktops. A table can serve three people and can be folded down to free up space if necessary. The same goes for the small removable ladder.
A large wardrobe is located between the kitchen and the bathroom. The family will be able to store their clothes there during their stays in the tiny house.
