What you're hearing here is actual freestyle off the top, it's not a perfect science. Any perfect "freestyle" you hear on these shows aren't freestyles, they're written. Even go back to the old Big L freestyle session with Jay-Z, he was spitting lyrics that are on his albums. Alot of you internet Hip Hop heads don't know the difference.
