That is the S.M.S. Dukla, a WW1 Austro-Hungarian destroyer of the Tátra class (well, to be accurate the ersatz Triglav class). Hopefully my next project, so I would be also happy to get more info about that model/builder. Maybe there are some photos somewhere . . .
