    So I learned OPQRSTI where the I at the end stands for Interventions

    Also SAMPLER, where R is “Risk Factors”. Not a big fan because you should know that by this point but oh well lol

    MINDFLASH is my go to instead of Sample. M=medications I=illnesses N=nicotine D=drugs F=family history L=last oral intake A=Allergies S=surgeries H=hospitalizations

      It's like sample but more detailed.
