Hmmm - I guess I don’t remember which cover you are talking about - I’m looking at the chair now but don’t exactly know what you mean - can you give me a timestamp in the video if possible?
It's about the 19 or 20 second mark.. there is the base and the is cushion material that's under the base you have to pull out.. For me it was hard to pull out but I eventually got it out ... not sure why it was so hard for me but I certainly appreciate your quick response. I'll be assembling my chair this weekend using your video! Ty so much
It’s been a while since I assembled my chair, but I do seem to remember having problems with that material now that I think about it - also glad I could help.
There wasn’t an issue but I went back to it and pulled everything back off and put it all back on - it is really there to protect the outer fabric so I see how it could be an issue if it wasn’t installed.
@@superonlinefinds Thank you for replying! I absolutely HATE putting the liners on. I did put them on ( I bought 4 chairs for a movie room) and I still have 1 chair left to put together. The arms are THE MOST WORK. One of the chairs doesnt massage, but Im waiting to reach out to them until after the 4th one is put together. How's yours holding up?

Thanks a freaking lot for playing it so fast. The beginning is what I need. How to put it all together. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
You’re welcome - - maybe trying slowing it down on youtube - there is an option for that
How do you like the heat and massage features in general?
I got this in black it didn’t have all of that
Doesn’t have “all that” - it was kind of a pain to put together - I probably had a sample
How did you get the cover from under the base
..its stuck for me cant get it out

I had to recline the legs to get it out. I stuck me too but set on the seat and push on the back metal and pull the cord
Which one is batter fabric or leather made?
Any issues with not putting that black lining on the arms first?

Mine is still doing its job - mine stopped massaging at one point and I told them. They sent me a new controller and that fixed the problem.
Did it break fast
You know - one of the remotes stopped working, so we wrote the manufacturer and they sent us a new one - but it has been working great since then.
we have required
You have required what?

My apologies for the slow response; did you ever figure it out? It seems like I had the same problem.
