Docks 3-5 (Pioneer Park) Space City Completion

Wilten Construction were appointed as Main Contractor by Brackley Property Developments for the Design & Build of 2 Grade A Offices & 9 Workspace Units at Pioneer Park, Leicester.
The project involved a 48 week build programme of a 63,500 sqft space. The new development is part of a wider initiative and energy efficiency measures were implemented as the new buildings are developed as a pathway to Net Carbon Zero.
