As for the slides & sandals, you have to go up a size bcse they are always “shawt” on the back end, your heel be barely on the shoe. The Coach sneakers run pretty much true to size, I’ve never had a problem w the sneakers.
Your coach purchases are so nice, the salmon bites had me over here wanting to eat them through the tv 🙂↔️🔥.

Happy Saturday Eboni! Some thoughts that worked for me on the loosing weight side. I don’t eat over 1600 calories per day! (You will be surprised how many good things you can eat and stay under 1600 calories)! Keep a running list of what you eat each day. Now I only eat twice a day and then snack (power bars, red licorice, red grapes, popcorn) stuff like that the rest of the day. Also there are some really great medications that will help. You should check with your doctor. Then exercise. Just walking will help you see results! Hope these suggestions might help! Love your vlogs! Keep up the good work!
