Post Master in charge Saying even if we submitted form 15h they will deduct tds
what is this?
is they only saying that they submitted the 15h form but in reality they haven't
how can i know if they submitted the form?
total income of father with intrest & pension is under 1.8 Lakhs

Then there is no question of deducting TDS if your father has a valid PAN.

@@pankajmathpal yes my father have it, we have submitted the pan card & aadhar card during account opening but the person in charge saying it doesn't matter TDS will be deducted, he is saying this like he 100% sure
also
he gave me some wrong info i think like
if we don't submit form 15h 20% TDS will be deduct & if we submit form 15h 10% tds will be deduct.
i told him this 20% & 10% is for Pan Purpose but he continuously saying
TDS will be deduct 20% if form 15h is not submitted & 10% if submitted.
i think the person in charge is not submitting form 15h just saying he submitted is there any way to know if he really submitted it, he written on the pass book that he submitted the 15h form with stamp of post office & in written. but no acknowledgement number is given, is there any?

He has an unique expertise in making good return investing in samll size company when fund aum is small utilising the big sbi analyst coverage. What is that fund from sbi now where we can take that advantage? He manages the children's benefit fund in that style but not all can invest. Can he also look over the retirement benifit fund where aum is small and 5yr lock so perfect for small cap

Sir, it is compulsory to show foreign assets holding (stocks and MF) in Foreign assets section of ITR for residential Indian. What are the rules for Mutual funds like s&p 500 etc run by Indian fund house? Secondly what are the rules for domestic investments and where they are to be shown in ITR form?
