A video is the perfect video, in my eyes. Little mix of everything I like to see in vlogs, drawing, books, food, little shopping and museum adventures… thank you for taking the time to film and edit these!
I could not wait for a new video to come up...and then watched it 10 days later as I waited for the perfect moment when I will have time to watch it all with a nice snack 🤦♀I hope it still helps your channel somehow... I love your sketchbook and to me (who wants to be an illustrator, but is suffering with total mental block every time I attempt to do anything, which ends up in not doing anything and therefore not even being able to draw at all) it's all perfect! I also loved the tombstone the moment I saw it on your Instagram story.
Love your vlogs! Really informative and interesting. Edinburgh is a beautiful city. I have been in Edinburgh for a while now and it still takes my breath away. Your work is incredible. Keep up the great work.😊❤
Oh man, thank you so much!! Edinburgh really is doing a lot of heavy lifting in these videos, it's just so stunning and peaceful. Can't wait for our first Scottish winter!
Omg i ordered the LotR stuff from the same artist and squealed when you showed the envelope, my jaw was on the floor with their beautiful writing! Loved this video a lot and thanks for all the reading (and also food) suggestions, many of the books you showed seemed pretty cool
Hi Meggie, i loved the video! thanks for sharing a little glimpse into your life. i had a couple questions! i was wondering what the app that you were writing your comic manuscripts in was called? and also, in the video, you mentioned and showed that you were doing color corrections on another author's graphic novel, and i was wondering what that was like? does the publisher tell you what to fix, or do you get free rein? if you could comment on what the process of working on someone else work is like, that would be interesting! also, does the publisher come to you, or did you find these type of 'color' job yourself? thanks so much!
Thank you so much!! ☺️ It's mostly observations in the moment, nothing too deep or thoughtful at all. Some of my notes from A Study in Drowning included things like "Called it!" / "OMG the romance is kicking in" / "Yo, this is scary..." / "I knew A was actually going to be B and the whole thing was a lie"... I also don't always note things down, sometimes I just read a book and leave it blank if there's not much to say :')

This was a great video! What kind of notes do you take in the novels you read?

That's a big tablet! Can I ask who makes it?
It's an old XP-Pen model, I won it maybe 4 years ago? I think it's called the Deco 01 V2 LINE FRIENDS Edition!
