Enjoyed this video Steve looking forward to the next one. I’m glad you showed the self hooking of dace when you mend the line . This happens to me loads of times fishing a tight line on a waggler on the Ribble , usually bigger fish as well.
that looks a great swim to mee.... superb with the bonus lumps.. if you could film this in black and white..smoke a pipe and the sound of the steam trains...it would look like you are fishing in 1958 .... nice vid
Do you attach the waggler rigs loop to loop to your mainline then Steve and always have the loop above the float ! Seems great to do the rigs at home that way but i worry that presentation and rig strength will be compromised.
Hi Steve, thanks for the great video. I also use waggler weights but I lock mine with float stops and I just wanted to ask qwhy you don't use them. Thanks.

The waggler weights are a great idea, just wish the bore was little bigger. Nice, informative video Steve.

Top stuff on a tricky day.
By looking at the bushes there’s hardly any wind. So why is it so noisy?
Was pretty windy enough to blow against the microphone

Could use them but prefer shot it's more versatile, can bring spare shot into play
Which stretch are you on mate? Is it the Bewdley Angling day ticket stretch above the bridge?
Near there yes
How long do you tie the rigs before putting them onto winders? Please reply for waggler, stick and bolo rigs. Thanks in advance.
Mostly 6Ft, heavy sticks longer , depends how deep the water you fish is.
Deeper water longer rigs
