GRILLIANT FOOD WITH ATTITUDE

We were invited by Inshan Ishmael to visit his establishment Grilliant at Barakah Grounds in Chaguanas and were welcomed to spacious parking and an outdoor family style set up for dining under large tents. We couldn't help but notice that the food was already in high demand with a consistent flow of families and customers alike.
We were started with bowls of shrimp alfredo, lamb in rosemary sauce, beef and shrimp mixed burger, beef burger, chicken melt, beef melt, and all wing options. If you're adventurous with your eating or religiously eat pepper then try the atomic and reaper wings. Other than that you have many other wing options like original, bbq, sriracha, honey mustard and garlic. It's really tasty with perfect texture.
We've never had steak before and we're really happy that we had it first at grilliant. Besides being tender and juicy it was paired with a simple roux and mashed potatoes and fresh salad that was the bomb dot com. We loved how the melts held their own without getting soggy and the insides was pure goodness.
Lastly we were given chicken poutine and it was slightly tailored to the Trini palate so you know we had some tasty gravy over those fries. All the items are affordable and of high quality and we couldn't ask for a better night.
