I just got mine! I was going to go with 12 pro max but I’m glad i went with 11 pro max😎 not as bulky as new one and i enjoy midnight green:) and battery life better. Not much difference from 11 pro max to 12 pro max.
personally I enjoy apple products because of the compatibility with other devices (like my Mac and AirPods and watch). Otherwise if you're super set on androids I don't see anything wrong with them! all personal preference really.

Hope you get it! To answer your question, yes, the home screen flips so you can watch TH-cam videos and things sideways and then exit out from the bottom of the screen by swiping up.

The default version was 13.7 when I got the phone, because I had opened it around march 2020. I believe now it is updated to IOS 14 by default.

Cost really depends on the cell phone provider you have, I have the 128 gb I believe (which is way more than enough do thee 64 would be great too!)
