Is there a dubbed or subtitled version?
I've just watched an English dubbed 35mm print of the film at a film festival a few days ago so it does exist. Unfortunately, I don't think it's been released on home cinema format.
It is streaming in English, on Amazon Prime. There doesn't seem to be any dvd commercially available, a real shame as "Handcuff" is an extremely fine gangster/kung fu epic. This print here is very nice in it's original Chinese. I'm hoping to find a subtitle file.
