This is one Ratchet and Clank game that actually could have used some more padding. My only complaint is that it was too short and we didn't get enough time with each of the main 4.
I felt it bit like that too; however, what we did get was amazing. I did notice in the artbook that Nefarious City was supposed to have a different layout and have a more open city feel than the laser focus beginning area. There are even test renders for it. I wonder if that was scrapped in fear of overwhelming new players or those who have not played Ratchet and Clank before.
I can’t believe that worked, but that would be in-character for an evil emperor. Say, why did Emperor Nefarious just leave his password for his hoverbike lying around? Everyone knows you store passwords in a safe location.
Finally got a PS5 I see, outside of a few shortcomings I'm overall very happy with how this game turned out and I'm interested to hear your thoughts on it.

Ratchet and clank rift was fun asf but i think the main 4 chatacters needed to lean into their personalities more like the old games
