This is a very good lesson. You answered my question about hot to create my own Watermark. FYI, I discovered by accident that you can skip the Quick Parts part of your lesson. You just need to Select All in the header, then click on the Watermark drop down, and at the very bottom, you select "Save Selection to Watermark Gallery". Subscribed.
First, love the accent - super to listen to. Your delivery is simply and unquestionably impeccable. I had messed up my watermarks to the hilt, and you "Superwoman" saved the day. Most appreciate. You and your family take care, and have a wonderful year. PLEASE KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT PRESENTATIONS! Mort W Dallas
Thank you. I wondered if I could save a custom watermark & goggle took me to your video. Excellent tutorial. I now have my custom watermark & that makes me ridiculously happy :)
Thank you so much, I have a question for Mac users, I cant seem to locate quick parts and I am confused wether they even exist for mac, if not, is there a way to save a custom watermark without using quick parts? thank you in advance for any answer.
I don't have a Mac, so I can't test this directly, but if you click on Watermarks on the Design tab (assuming the Mac version has a Design tab), do you see a command at the bottom that says "Save selection to Watermark gallery"? If so, then you should be able to save a custom watermark; if not, then you're probably out of luck.
@DeborahSavadra Is there a way to create a watermark in Word and put it in the Header or Footer?? I would like a watermark to show that it is my original document. I recently had someone submit a document to my client stating that I had created that document. I want to avoid that with future documents that I create for clients. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
Watermarks, by default, *are* in the header/footer area, but they appear as background in the center of the page. To have the text appear at the top or bottom, you'd probably have to make a picture watermark that forces the text into position. Rather than go through all that, is there any reason you couldn't just put your notice in the header or footer itself?
Created watermark within minutes! You made it easy to follow along. Great tutorial.

Thank you so much!!
is they any other apps you can do the watermark in
Thanks ☺️
Thank you soooo much this was so helpful.🙀Question, can a watermark contain wording and a photo at the same time?
I think you'd have to choose one or the other, but you could make your own graphic with wording in it and use that as your watermark.
