94 Buick Park Ave. cluster off of eBay. $60 and a lot of time and reverse engineering. My Caprice is LS swapped so it has an electronic speedometer. All the gauges work perfectly.

It’s involved. I did a lot of googling and reverse engineering. I’ll see what I can come up with.
