    Hey, cut Chad Henne some slack. He's a solid backup, and he made some clutch plays in the 2020 AFC Divisional game, running for 10+ yards on a scramble and making sure to convert a game-sealing first down when Mahomes got injured. Hennething is possible.

    • @randumo24
      @randumo24 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Nah, it's that kind of stupid thinking that had people defending Baker's mediocre play. Also, it's hard to really say that Couch is a draft bust. He was taken 1st overall to an expansion team; so obviously the team around him was awful.
      Really, the plan with expansion franchise's GMs seems to always have been draft a QB with that first pick. To me, it should be build up an o-line first & foremost. Come back and take that QB when you end up with that likely first overall pick the next season, and are in an actual position for that QB to have a chance at success.

      @@randumo24 People make opinions based on _impressions_ more often than facts. I bet that if someone had the time & patience, we could put up a great montage of his receivers allowing balls to go right through their hands, sometimes for INTs.
      He _fires in_ short & medium passes to inept receivers who want them to be carried on trays to them I guess. It's very consistent with Baker. Don't know about previous years though.

    Always felt bad for Leaf. Hearing his experience on the Rich Eisen show was really eye opening. Just didn’t have the mental headspace to match his talent. Not an insult, most people are like Ryan Leaf

      It shows you why most young QBs should sit on the bench two or three years, instead of immediately throwing them to the lions den of the NFL field where most don't have the mental maturity to deal with what they are facing.

    Obviously Aaron Rodgers performance in the super bowl is the best performance by an otherwise pathetic QB. The way he demotivates his team members to the point they quit. You would NEVER see a player on a good QB like Brady's team quit. No sir. None.

      In all seriousness though Rodgers is a dick. Why would you LIE about your vaccination status and threaten to leave GB because a receiver you praised got cut??? And why would you demand all the cap space your team has when it means you don’t get to keep your #1 receiver???? And worst of all, what in God’s name is your reason to show the media your injured toe??????? Great player, not-so-great human

      It would make my year if Brady don't even make the playoffs but the nfl would change the playoffs to allow 12 teams in just so they don't hurt his feelings. I wonder how his kids feel about him. And his wife. They probably have people to help raise the kids but kids want their parents, until they get about 15 and want them to leave them alone. Or if they make the playoffs I hope they get smashed. I just want to see Brady cry one more time.

On 12/19/99, in a win against the Detroit Lions (featured prominently as an opponent in this video) he went 27 of 36 for 301 yards and 4 touchdowns! Career: 16 TDs, 19 INTs. Terrible QB in a long line of terrible Bears QBs.

    Watching this video, i'm reminded of comments by that "Monday Morning QB" guy, back when Manziel was failing. He stated, " if you look at the last 64 QBs drafted in the NFL, only 5 have been "successful", that's not a problem with these young men, that's a problem with the system."
