I'd like to suggest something.
You can boil the popsicle stick and then let it cool. You can then bend it to make a round shape for the windmill.

1. Stationery shop to buy popsicle stick or cardboard.
2. Do you have cardboard? You can make it using cardboard.
I dont think tomorrow can finish 4 windmills if u make it yourself.
