And honestly, the American attention span is measured in seconds not minutes or hours. Most can’t handle in-depth analysis or factual information. They need snippets from TH-cam and FB and X to tell them stuff. So yes, MSM is giving our citizenry what they can digest. And that is sad indeed.
Journalists these days do what their told, and say what they are told. Its a very sad time for journalists. If you reverse what the media says, you will be pretty close to the truth. This happened just 20 days before trump takes office, and we all know the trouble that got started in GA about trump.I have a gut feeling this has something to do with that fiasco.
The public isn’t stupid. Bro didn’t just off himself because he lost his position. We’ll get to the Effing bottom of this.
He probably knew some stuff that "they" didn't want to get out.
💯
Resignation denied? I call B/S. 🤔♾️☮️♾️🇺🇸
What is calling BS gonna do? LOL.
Bot or shill what are you?
How can a resignation be denied? Never heard of that. Would you then have to quit and be denied benefits?
More than likely, and I'm not convinced he set himself free like that
Exactly 💯
All of his convictions for the past 2 years should be reviewed. He was obviously mentally unwell and/or doing something he wasn't supposed to. THE TRUTH...... SHALL SET YOU FREE
Yep 👍
They aren't going thru the books for 5 minutes let alone a dozen years.
So will taking lead pills.
Exactly!! A good lawyer would definitely be looking for a retrial at minimum
And don't forget work will set you free too
Why is the note, written from one public official in official capacity on public property, to another public official not made public? That is OUR note and we have a right to know what was written.
FOIA request anyone?
A judge doesn't just off himself. The Governor is involved. Okay....what was he entangled in? My prayers to his family and innocent friends. This is what happens when you don't live CLEAN. SEEK GOD PEOPLE.
If this judge was that unstable, then it begs the question as to all the cases he judged over. He may have sent many innocent people to prison.
Just my thoughts, the incoming Judge will uncover some shady stuff he did while on the bench. He was probably expecting some serious prison time and he sure don't want to be locked up with people he sent to prison.
Maybe or he just succumbed to Depession
He sentenced himself to capital punishment
Just my thoughts. Maybe you're projecting since the first thing you thought of was he was corrupt. How you like being speculated against without any proof of that? Maybe you are a stalker? Murderer? Who knows right? 🙄🙄🙄
@@roybarron5289 Changing jobs is a challenge at his age. He would probably go into private practice and maybe he saw that as a step-down and embarrassment after being a judge. People can hide depression. We may never know.

Judges under external pressure end themselves to save their family. So, who is applying the external pressure, and why is the media diverting attention to the governor?
What a name for a town! That guy is hiding something and it must be bad.
Town without pity
Effed up!
Next to Effingville
There's one in ill - noise too!
"The county was named after Thomas Howard, the third Earl of Effingham, an English supporter of the colonies during the American Revolution. Howard resigned his commission instead of fighting against the rebel colonists."
This is the problem with main stream media, they always leave out the most important information about the story, then why bother reporting on it at all ?
This just happened today. They report what they know. What are they supposed to do, make stuff up? Not report the news until 6 months later when all the details are in? You're supposed to follow up on stories that interest you. That's your responsibility as the reader.
Consider: there may not be extra information to report. That is a possibility also, isn't it?
There is self censorship going on in most of what those guys report on assuming they the reporters know what is best for the public which is wrong, i have noticed a paternalistic altitude in most of “news” reporting that these guys do even the local authorities, why not release the note the deceased left behind so that the public can make their own conclusions.
@@Mitalayeka Police generally don't release that type of information until they've completed their investigation or concluded that the release of information won't interfere in their investigation. As of right now, we don't even know if this is a suicide or a murder. If you're interested in a story, you should check back on it in a few weeks and you'll usually find updated information.

Death before exposure....
😂so where’s your proof or are you just a schizo?
Suicide is *HARD* for family members to go through! *PLEASE* show some compassion and kindness to the family, they are "Suicide Survivors". I've been through it TWICE and my heart goes out to them!!! They are reeling, with so many questions and so much confusion. *PLEASE, show them kindness. My love and prayers to them for the many HARD days to follow.*
It's hard for them because it's their fault
@AngieJames4172. Two times in your own family!! I think you need to take care of your own people first, take care of your own house!!! Pay attention!,
Thank you for your comment.
I agree suicide is hard to handle. Lost my dear daughter to suicide 😢

Either he was dirty. Or he had information about others that they didn't want to get out. Either way, something is wrong with this
So judges can bring guns into the court house?
No
Do you assume the judge shot himself?
Of course they can! Do they not deserve to protect themselves?
@@michaelbyrnee9584 Isnt that why they have cops and security guards in the court houses???
@@michaelbyrnee9584 don't they have officers in court for that?
How was he allowed to have a gun inside the courthouse?
You do whatever you want when you're corrupt
Judges and Lawyers can sometimes go into through a separate entrance and skip screening. Not sure if that's the case right here, but that's the way I've seen it done in multiple places.
Suicide is so sad depression can happen to anyone you can be a respectable judge or a superstar, a lawyer, a doctor, homeless man just because someone looks like they have everything but they may not. I believe it’s a lot more than a resignation. Maybe this man was trying to get help and someone trapped him. I don’t know. My God have mercy on your soul. I’ll pray for you and your family. If you know someone call him try to get them out, man. I’m telling you you can help them. You just can’t give up. Watch your people look for subtle changes. I know you got your own life, but trust me.
Kudos
Thank you!!!
I bet we never get to see that letter..
That's why people in this situation should be smart and send out dozens of copies, to the ones they believe need to see it and to independent media organizations all across the nation. (NEVER to the mainstream media.). If you want your message heard, it has to be spread so wide that all of the copies can't be tracked down and shredded.
They're probably not done writing it yet
Thank you so much whoever did this video and let people know that they might be going into something that is not good. God bless you
I wanted chicken, not effingham.
😂😂🤣🤣
😂
I hate you for this 😂
Omg man 😂😂😂
Oh it looks like there's plenty of chicken a chicken took the easy way out
Definitely something being covered up here.
I’m sorry; this guy was only on the bench for 2 years and in that time racked up judicial conduct violations and a lawsuit for emotional distress? Then he up and ends himself in the courtroom? This is a big ol’ fish!
He took the phrase "Judge, Jury and Executioner" a little too far.
If this was a real self deletion, the fact that he ended it in the courtroom with a letter addressed to the Governor appears to be some kind of a statement or he did not want his family to find him at home.
Yeah, this is very suspicious. I don’t even know the guy, but I suspect foul play.
Wait was it an Epstein?
🎯
He's got sons in law enforcement so they know what it's like. What does that mean?
I think he meant they would understand the stresses involved in dealing with law enforcement. They're not happy jobs dealing with difficult people and judgements every day. I know I couldn't do it, but I'm grateful they do. We all need to be safe.
You don't off yourself in a courtroom for no reason. he was either trying to send us a message or about to be exposed or both
Unless he had a terminal disease, there's no logic in making that decision. The only reason is he was involved in something that would land him in jail and ruin his family's reputation. What's going on with Kentucky judges? Two judicial deaths within a Kentucky courthouse in 2024.
This is in Georgia
That's not the only reason, a plausible one, but not the only possible reason.
He had been in the highest legal office in the county for 2 years. He wanted to stay in this role, but he lost the election. Instead of being demoted, he asked to resign. His resignation was refused, and he was about to become an employee of someone he lost the election to. It could be an ego thing, or indeed something shady was about to be uncovered by the new judge and he just couldn't face it.
@@katharina...or he knew something that they didn’t want exposed…
Wow, 45 years he have seen it all but was something about to come out on him. Just quit nobody can stop you from quitting.
Sumthing ain't sitting right!!!! Investigation needs to be done!!!
This is terrible, sorry for all concerned
Guilty conscience. With that many lives in his hand, there's no way he didn't unnecessarily ruin someone's.
Criminals?? They ruin their own lives.
But I thought bringing a gun into a courthouse was illegal??? Oh right, those laws don't apply to the people who enforce them...
God bless his heart. So sad. Prayers for his family and friends.
And the people he put in prison while being unstable and corrupt
There has to be some kind of skeletons in his closet and after the first of the year they might have been found out.
We don't know the answer... no amount of guessing is going to lead us to the truth, only facts. You might consider this before posting such things.
Why is there a warning before the video? I miss the old internet.
Our prayers and condolences go out to the families and friends affected by this tragedy. 🙏🏼
Sadly we may never know the reason he did what he did.

The Truth needs to be found out.
Doesn't sound like he did this to himself.

I'm disgusted by the comments on this story...depression is real..especially at this time of the year
Spot on 100%!
Corruption is disgusting all year long ..... there is more than one dirty on that area
If you think that’s all that’s going on, you’re incredibly naive.
Corruption and evil are real also. Wake up to what’s happening all around us!!
Depression is not the only reason people take their own lives. There is a multitude of other possible reasons.

Y say gruesome? Just for the views? Why not say tragic or sad?
So heart-wrenching. Sending prayers to his family and friends. ❤❤
The question is what had he done that was so bad that he felt he couldn't keep it hidden so that he had to die before its found out .
Flawed humans casting judgement over other flawed humans.
All of his cases need to be reviewed. What did they all do wrong. That man killed himself to bring attention to that place
