I've been having so much fun with Father haha. It's nice finally having a Pyro DPS I actually like in both character and gameplay after 4 WHOLE YEARS DAMN IT HOYO.
Which cryo characters work best together? I want to use forward melt more, but it always feels like I don't have enough application. I have Kaeya, Rosaria, Diona, and Layla all c6, c0 Ganyu, c2 Lynette, and c0 Kazuha and c6 Sucrose. I have Father, Gaming, c2 Diluc, Klee, Hu Tao, c6 Yanfei. I really want to use my cryo characters more since I don't particularly like freeze teams.
C6 Kaeya is pretty much mandatory as he has the fastest Cryo application in game so far. I haven't tried it, but Lynette might work if she can infuse Cryo with her burst. From my experience, Diona and Rosaria can work but are severely limited by their small circle range, and unlike Bennett's burst where only Arle has to stay in the circle, you need enemies in their burst for Cryo app. Layla was too slow for me when I tried it and I lost the Cryo aura. And of course Ganyu works and I find her the most consistent and least frustrating to play around because while her burst is also limited to an area, it's huge compared to Diona/Rosaria. Her Cryo app is slightly faster too so there's no chance you can mess up the app unless you do some whacky stuff mid rotation or enemies apply self Dendro like the chicken. She can't go after Bennett since she would take too much buff uptime away from Arle so she won't benefit from his atk buff, but my Ganyu still pulls ~150k per burst no buffs so that's a nice bonus. After Ganyu I'd probably suggest Diona though if you don't want to make Ganyu into a support. Diona gives 200 EM at C6 and a shield is something Arle would really appreciate.
Yes. With only 1 Cryo, Arle cannot melt consistently as seen at 1:15 where I only used Kaeya burst to finish off Edit: nvm that was a bad example as the Dendro chicken applied self Dendro for a hot second and got burning aura so there was no chance even with 2 Cryo. Though yes, in most normal cases you will need 2 Cryo to sustain consistent melts (without super lucky icicle RNG)
@@crazyanimeguycag8953 it could work but I wouldn't recommend it unless your Arle is invested enough to end things in around 5s of uptime. The rotation to get Kazuha burst to infuse Cryo requires him to go before Bennett, then you have to do Benny burst and then Kaeya and back to Kazuha again to double swirl before going to Arle. Both Kaeya and Kazuha bursts only last 8s and Kazuha's is already ticking at the start. Honestly more of a nuke team for C2+ Arle than a practical one. And I'm not sure if C2 can melt because of how fast it goes.
@@Reia_YTthanks for info , I think I can do it , my arle is c1 ( c0 for now didint activate it) and I almost could one phase 3 kenki floor in the new abyss ( also am running double 2 piece atk cause am still farming and my glad pieces are pathetic). I just love kaeya (as you know c6 and also 3crowns) and I need to make him work at least in one meta team ( before I was using him as dps in freeze team and got some 36 star clears with that) and I think is actually possible even in today meta with arlecchino ( this team also gives great aoe because of kaeya instead xingqiu) I use the same rotation you told me and it’s great) ( Kaeya also can extend his burst with c2)
