I am actually a bit stuck watching this drama. Now I have mixed feelings if I should continue or not. This video is so beautiful and I feel I will be rewatching it to motivate me to carry on watching the drama.

And like you I'm totally happy with the ending. The author and Ziqi has completely different personality so I guess it made sense why they didn't show him. The interaction between the couple would have been very different.
Yes! There could be a whole new drama just about them trying to navigate their new relationship in modern times (which I wouldn’t hate but probably won’t happen 🥲)! I’m actually surprised at how few edits there are for these two considering how popular the drama is, but I guess it’s way more popular in China than overseas😕
I couldn't watch for one week because of busy schedule and they have ended it sadly. If they have ended it with this type of ending, I need a grief time to watch it. Hope, I can have such long time.
It’s not a sad ending!! It’s definitely a happy ending, I recommend watching the end yourself because it’s hard to describe the happy ending without watching it
I felt female lead was not the top focus in this drama...The ending plot was so awesome but the ending was incomplete, a lot of loop holes nopee...it was indeed a happy ending but they should show the male lead face not his voice only ...also not characters were shown atleast 2nd couple should be shown ...only cuicui with his granddad? Well they should giveee a special episode for ending .4/10... I was looking forward that it will be like love between fairy and devil meajs a veryyy good one but failed badly 👎👎

While I understand this drama isn’t for everyone, she is not faking anything. Esther naturally talks and naturally acts cute sometimes. I appreciate if you wouldn’t badmouth actors in my comments section. You can dislike the show or character but there’s no need to be mean to the actor
