Mrs. Gina you are AMAZING! I haven't been cooking that long, raised by a narcissistic mother whom showed me zero interest. But watching you has inspired me to do my best. Thank you Momma Gina!
Gina is a beautiful christian wife & mother. A wonderful person with a personality to match & a passion to teach her gift of cooking. Its plain to see all these delicious meals are for her family. I can see her excitement at sampling her dish, but wish she sees how important it is, for her fans to see her enjoy it with her family. Thanks Gina, you are a blessing to the kingdom of God
I’ve never made pork chops ( and I’m 65 years old) because my Mama is Jewish and never made them. I’ve been afraid to cook them but this recipe is it! I am making them this weekend. God Bless you and thank you for your amazing recipes that you share with all of us! ❤️
I’m preparing stuffed pork chops for Sunday dinner today. I’m stuffing mine with a blend of chorizo sausage, spinach. parmesan cheese and cream cheese. I also use the sazon to season it with. I’m going to cook mine on the bbq pit outside. Serving it with mustard greens, candied yams, rice and gravy, cornbread and a pineapple upside down cake for dessert!
My Sister, PLEASE hear me when I say that I myself have been cooking since 12 years old and I'm 53 now! What I'm impressed with was hearing you pray openly before eating some peach cobbler in another video you made. Also to hear that you enjoy what you're doing from the joy in your voice; Wow!!! My entire family has asked me to do a channel as well. I have a season blend that I would LOVE to send you a sample to try that I've been blending for 20 years. If interested, PLEASE get back with me! God Bless and keep you is my prayer!!! Minister Woods
Thank you Gina! I too get really happy in my kitchen which is every day :) God is so very happy with your presentation because you included Him ! Have a beautiful Sunday.
OMG...I love your recipes and I love the love you put into your cooking. I can taste it with my eyes. I know you put your foot and your heart into everything you cook. I am such a fan of yours. But most of all, I love how you praise God for your talents. You are my food guru.
Using that Goya Sazon seasoning and mustard indeed helped kick up the flavor on your beautifully prepared chops Sweetie! And you did not damage anything by spilling your spices. As the artist Bob Ross says, it’s just a happy accident. Your inclusion of the herbes de Provence is definitely a surprising secret! And thank you so much for including God in your blessing! Well done!
So happy to see you use real butter. Margarine is oil and water and not much flavor. I love hearing you give thanks and praise to the Holy Spirit every video. Many blessings
Thanks Mrs Gina I love your videos you’re so humble and I’ve learned a lot of things from you in the kitchen and I love to keep on learning so keep teaching us
I enjoy watching your program and the fact that you are saved born again Christian makes my heart sing. Amen to that. I am a minister or preacher and God has blessed me and every time I listen and view your programs they bless me even more. They answer so many questions about different foods and how to prepare them. I really look forward to seeing you each and every day thank you so much Gina God bless you. Minister Lucrezia Gilliam
Made pork chops today. Not stuffed, but followed the same process of rubbing the chops with olive oil, seasoning, pan searing and then finished in the oven. Moist, juicy and very flavorful. We loved them. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with us.❤
I really love how you was talking about Jesus and God . I love Jesus and God with all my heart and soul . Thank you for teaching me how to cook stuffed pork chop,s .
I love watching your videos! Your voice is so calming and lifts my spirits. Your stuffed pork chops with caramelized apples looks so delicious. Thank you for sharing and for teaching. Amen!
I tried this recipe last night and OMG! was it delicious, the chop was moist and tender, and the flavor was incredible! I substituted cornbread stuffing and cream of mushroom soup because of my taste preference and I was sincerely impressed, God bless you for helping me find such a delicious recipe. I always have a problem with these pork chops drying out when I cook them, I usually cook them with scalloped potatoes to keep them juicy. This is now my favorite recipe, I'll have to go get more chops just to make them like this. Thank you for your a wonderful meal

Matched two together. Put Dijon mustard on one side, added stuffing and seamed them together with tooth picks and I have the perfect chops to stuff. Lost none of my stuffing. Came out perfect and the perfect side was the fried apples. Thanks for all that you do. We love you. God bless you and your family. V.clay in Texas
