Is it so different to drive this motorcycle than a Vulcan kawasaki ? The wind , rain, night visibility are often a problem with motorcycle if you make a road trip. I never used high pegs and back seat. I don’t know why some people listen to music when they drive their motorcycle. A lot of equipment is futile.
why do they make the seat so wide. this is a motorcycle, not a couch. so uncomfortable, it pushes your legs so far apart, you have a hard time reaching the ground unless you are 7 foot tall.
because everyone the world over is getting fatter...hell in USA we have girld running personal ads..calling there selfs THIN ..when they need to lose 30 LBS ..LOL Anyway ,,it is a Sport Touring bike.. long distance travel ..not a crotch rocket..wider seat spreads the weight out over more SQ Inches ..= less pain
Wide seats distribute the load over your entire backside, like a tractor seat. Narrow seats place the load on the base of your lower back, you'll be in agony after a few hundred kms. I did 300km on my Aprilia Pegaso 650 some months ago, it was soon agony shifting gears, and I was still over 100km from home - it took me two days to recover (I then remembered the online review: "spend a day in the saddle and you'll need a week to recover" ... he wasn't joking). Needles to say that was my first and last 'long' trip on the Aprilia, I've since sold it.
This bike gives me goosebumps
Would like to see one with a color display and built-in navigation.
Why change the best sport tourer?
This bike makes me drool.
Looks like my 08
...smitten...
the right color too.
Очень замечательный.
Thanks !!!

Would you want to ride 400 miles on a sports bike seat?
Try a Triumph Sprint then (while you still can). They are very comfortable and a lot cheaper to boot.
I am 6'3" in shape ..and still have to put an air bladder for additional cushion or after 2-300 miles I am dying
