Your argument doesn't make sense, it seems to refute humans as being the top of the food chain which we are. You don't need evolution to explain why that is. You could explain it in many ways, the primary being the use of our minds to fashion tools, fences, and housing to subdue nature. You don't need a theory of evolution to explain the food chain.

Regarding reincarnation: it would make sense that we don’t remember our past lives while we’re living our current one. That way we can experience what we have doled out in the past. Those are the best lessons learned I would think. After we die, when we’re in pure spirit form, that’s when we go over what we’ve learned.
