Whatever Comes to odisha gets its worth with additional taste by Odia Cook may it be Khaman dhokla .. idli or Idiyapam....Puron poli or pao bhaji, Makeda roti sarso da saag, or may it any continental food middle East,thai,south Asian or French Cuisine,Odias Are mastered enough to give justice to the specific taste....
Sometimes it hurts how Odia Food Culture is ignored mismanaged by media, news channels, print medias, online internet social platforms, influencers. I don't mind what happened in Master Chef Australia it's ok...But Can't be tolerated if such events repeats..I am Talking about the way Pakhala is represented by one of the contestant and the way of ignorance of chefs and the entire team of Professionals for the show.Such massive production team must maintain a reasearch team before any statements given Either by participants or the judges.The contestant mentioned Pakhala is a Bengali food.Ok no issues once It is mentioned in the show ,it is now the responsibility of the judges and the entire production team to cross verify such statements.But it is verified about thier Ignorance and Zero importance towards any History of Culture of food .
So We Odias need to raise our voice for our own Majestic ODISHA if any thing objectionable content comes against The Sovereignty of Odisha wether it's related to Odisha's Food,craft, Geography ,Art,Songs,Dances or for ODISHA Massive Architecture Or it's Ancient Literature Language, Valorous Majestic History

Honest Review - Food quality is average. Very rude behaviour of the staffs. If possible I'm trying to get in touch with the hotel owner to describe the poor quality of veg meals and mushrooms. Not recommended at all.
