    Dr saab. I have infection in upper root of canain teeth. And the area near the nose is paining also near sewweling near eye .I have gone to the doctor, he done the x ray and given antibiotics and after he has done rct of the teeth. After rct some swelling was reduced. And Dr told me that the swelling and pain will reduce automatically after one month.
    Dr saab still I having swelling and pain only pressing the area near nose. But pain is less as compared to earlier. But I am not completely well.
    Dr saab should I wait some more time. Or go for treatment as suggested by you in this vioedo. And please tell me the appropriate treatment for this problem.
    I will be very thankful to you.

    Contemporary oral and maxillofacial surgery book by Hupp and Tucker says that the canine space is a secondary space, other books says its a prinary space.. kinda confused

      if the patient is toxic(dehydrated, elevated temperature or other systemic symptoms), give antibiotics. When he become nontoxic, then we can proceed with i&d.

      Sir may i know which edition you followed because the one i looked was pdf of laskin 2010 which didnot have detailed information as you have explained and even there were no similar pictures there. And same was for topazian 4th ed. Coudnot find similar content as yours.
